What is Dust Wars?
Dust Wars started as a concept between a good friend and I sometime in July of 2013 - shortly after “Ruby Rose” aired. We hadn’t been able to find any active RWBY roleplays at the time and wanted to change that. You can still find the old skeleton we were working with back then if you search enough.
Months of work dragged into years, other RWBY forums came up and went, and the ideas still lingered in my mind as college put a hold on a lot of things. I’m out of that end of things now, a bit of what some would probably call an ‘old man,’ but with a lot of help and support, I finally got together the ideas, format, and everything I wanted to see happen in Dust Wars those four years ago.
I hope that you find this site as enjoyable to post and roleplay on as I had finishing it. Those who have helped with things, from graphics to looking over the setting information know who you are and I want to thank you. Here’s hoping that what we built will stay together for a while.
With my thanks out of the way, I declare that this forum be opened. May it pave the way to new friendships and memories for all who join. Have fun.
